We’re looking for Professional Store Managers and Service Writers to lead our high-volume automotive service center to new levels of success.
By high volume we mean, you need to step into service centers that are creating $2.5 to $4.0 million in annual service revenue.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of service advisors.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every visit.
- Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Manage workflow, productivity, and financial performance to meet or exceed goals.
- Be trained in the latest technology, are actively integrating AI platforms into our daily operations and focus on a portfolio of resources which allow you to grow into the latest industry trends and standards
- Maintain high standards for safety, communication, and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and the local community.
- Take ownership of store performance with the support of a proven leadership team.
What We Offer:
Performance-Based Compensation – Your earnings grow with your results. Our goal for Store Managers is total annual compensation of $140,000 to $180,00 based upon how well your store does in in sales, traffic and gross profit.

Five Day Work Weeks – Although we are open seven days a week, you can rely on a five day work week in most cases – vacation coverages and similar
situations may change that on rare occasions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Service Writer in a busy automotive service center, although other retail experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive sales, manage operations, and build customer loyalty.
- A passion for cars and commitment to excellence.
