Electric Dough Pizza Co. (EDPC) is a chef-driven, locally owned restaurant located inside a historic theater in Jacksonville. We’re known for crisp, high-quality pizzas, craft cocktails, and a strong team culture. We’re not hiring just one position — we’re building a team!
At EDPC, every Crew Member is cross-trained and rotates between stations like pizza build, guest service, running food, and supporting the dining room. We work together, we move with purpose, and we share success through our pooled tip model. We are looking for team members who want to grow, contribute, and be part of something positive and professional.
Position Overview
The Electric Dough Pizza Crew Member is a cross-trained hospitality professional responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards in food execution, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Crew Members rotate between stations based on business needs, including:
• Pizza Build & Oven - craft high-quality pizzas and salads
• Guest Services / Counter - engage and assist guests at the counter
• Food Runner & Expo - run food and ensure guests are receiving proper orders
• Dining Room Support - clearing and resetting tables, interacting with guests in the dining room
• Dish & Sanitation - run dish machine, polish and put away service items, clean kitchen areas
What You’ll Do
• Craft high-quality pizzas and salads
• Engage and assist guests at the counter
• Run food and support the dining room
• Keep stations clean and organized
• Work as part of a unified team

Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks and physical movement.
