As a Hospitality Support team member at Electric Dough Pizza Co., you are the heart of the guest experience. You’re the friendly face that keeps the energy flowing, helping create memorable moments for every guest. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Food and Drink Running: Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring everything arrives as it should.
- Pre-Bussing and Cleaning: Keep the dining room tidy by clearing tables, resetting spaces, and supporting overall cleanliness.
- Refilling Drinks: Anticipate guest needs by refilling water glasses, assisting with drink orders, and supporting the bar team.
- Restocking and Supply Management: Maintain fully stocked stations, including plates, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Guest Guidance: Assist with door management, answering questions, and directing guests to their seats.
- Support the Team: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and cashier teams to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
