What is it like to work at Burger King?
Burger King is a quick service restaurant serving serving hundreds of people each day. Our mission is to provide hot, quality food at a reasonable price. To make that possible staff works together so that the cooking, making sandwiches, preparing other foods, and serving the guests. Time goes quickly because we are busy most of the time. We are flexible with scheduling, our hourly pay is comparable, and in many cases, better than other quick service restaurants and grocery stores. Many of our guests have been coming to Burger King for years. We do our best to make our guests happy and our restaurant successful.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Burger King? We supply the uniform, offer free meals when working a shift. For those who are working full time we provide Paid Time Off after they have worked for some time. Health insurance is also available to those who qualify.
What does career growth look like at Burger King? Most of our managers at Burger King were once team members who were promoted to management positions. We prefer to recognize the achievements of employees and promote them to the management team.
