We are looking for a very self-motivated individual with great communication skills and an exciting personality. A perfect candidate is someone who maintains a positive attitude, is polite, humble, and enthusiastic. Appearing professional in both dress and mannerism is a must. Past experience in auto sales is preferred but not required.
We operate on a Monday-Saturday work week.
Pay is based on commission plus a monthly salary. There is no cap on how much a salesperson at Westside Motors can earn.
This position includes but is not limited to following points:
- Answering sales calls
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Responding to and following up internet leads
- Researching ways to fulfill customer needs
- Asking and Answering questions
- Posting on social media
- Test driving with customers
- Making sure vehicles on lot are displayed properly
- Starting the credit process
- Follow-up with customers
- Marketing yourself and the dealership
- Prospecting new customers
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner
