What will you do (Key Responsibilities)


  • Lead, train, and coach front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
  • Ensure prompt, professional handling of guest inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership for seamless service flow
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in all guest-facing areas
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance operations



What We’re Looking for (Qualifications)


  • Proven supervisory experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
  • Skilled in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Inspirational leadership style that motivates and develops team members
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
