Chef – Fine Dining Concept
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead a refined, high-expectation kitchen where precision, consistency, and thoughtful execution define the guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of kitchen operations in a fine dining environment with exacting standards
- Design and execute seasonal menus, tasting experiences, and refined specials with attention to detail, balance, and presentation
- Maintain strict consistency in execution across all services
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory with a focus on profitability without compromising quality
- Oversee sourcing, vendor relationships, and product integrity
- Lead, train, and mentor a professional kitchen brigade; foster a culture of accountability and growth
- Develop and implement structured systems for prep, service, and sanitation
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with ownership on concept evolution, financial performance, and long-term strategy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong foundation in classical and modern culinary techniques
- Demonstrated success in cost control, inventory management, and kitchen financials
- Experience building and leading disciplined, high-performing teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and standards
