About the Position

As a Dishwasher, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen while supporting the culinary team throughout service. Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and efficient throughout each shift.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleanliness.
• Support the kitchen team by restocking clean items and helping maintain smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Help ensure kitchen tools and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed.
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
