About the Position

As a Host, you'll be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating dynamics, and helping control the flow of the dining room throughout service. Success in this role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed while balancing guest needs, reservations, and table availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently, creating a polished first impression.
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating assignments efficiently.
• Control dining room flow to help balance pacing, minimize wait times, and support smooth service.
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and guest needs.
• Assist with guest requests and provide support to the front-of-house team during busy shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand and lobby area.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Help ensure every guest feels acknowledged, valued, and well cared for from arrival to departure.
