Experienced Line Cook

About the Position

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing menu items to the highest quality standards while working efficiently during busy service periods. We're looking for cooks who value precision, organization, and working collaboratively with an experienced culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station for each shift.
• Cook premium steaks, seafood, and other menu offerings with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience required; steakhouse or upscale dining experience is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of proper cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
