About the Position

As a Pantry Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing salads, appetizers, desserts, and other cold-side menu items while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Success in this role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, appetizers, desserts, and other pantry items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station for each shift.
• Ensure every plate is prepared accurately, consistently, and with attention to detail.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and daily kitchen prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Support fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous pantry, prep cook, or line cook experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
