Sales Consultant - Martin Wine Cellar

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Engage all retail customers with the goal of increasing sales and store foot traffic
- Build a solid working knowledge of the company portfolio
- Understand our computer system operations in order to fully assist customers
- Active participation in wine and spirit programming to achieve key performance objectives
- Plan and execute store tastings and events
- Assist in opening or closing the store, including fiscal balancing duties
Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Wine knowledge required; 2 years of related experience in sales and management within the wine industry preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Responsible Vendor Card required (may be obtained after hire); wine certification preferred
- Skills: Exceptional customer service, proficient in PC/Windows, data entry, cash register operations
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
