As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced staff in our industry and grow both personally and professionally.

Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and shelves
• Develop sales and customer relationships
• Open and close store locations, including fiscal balancing duties
• Organize the store and maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Transfer products between store locations
• Order products from outside vendors
• Build product knowledge and collaborate with store management and marketing teams to exceed community standards

Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 2 years of related experience in ordering, sales, and management within the wine and spirits industry
• Licenses/Certifications: Responsible Vendor Card required (may be obtained after hire)
• Skills: Proficient in PC/Windows, data entry, cash register operations, and providing exceptional customer service
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
