Are you a skilled Medical Assistant with a passion for pediatrics and women’s health? Ready to lead, mentor, and make a lasting impact in underserved communities? Join MyCHN and become the Champion Lead for our Women & Children’s program!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead clinical operations for pediatric & women’s care
- Mentor Medical Assistants & support Whole Person Care Providers
- Coordinate integrated services (Dental, Mental Health, etc.)
- Oversee vaccine programs, inventory, and compliance
- Perform clinical tasks: vitals, labs, exams, and more
- Drive patient engagement, retention & quality care
- Conduct audits, ensure SOC adherence, and support risk management
- Champion care coordination and holistic health
What You’ll Need:
- Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification
- 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- CPR/BLS Certified
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong leadership, multitasking & communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Experience in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, or Chronic Care
