What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patient care with autonomy
- Collaborate with physicians & care teams
- Educate and empower patients
- Drive quality outcomes and innovation
- Maintain sharp and timely documentation
- Float between clinics to fill in where needed
- Follow PCMH guidelines and principles, integrating services and whole person care
What You’ll Need:
- Licensed as Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Certification in area of practice or eligibility for certification
- DEA license eligibility
- CPR/BLS Certified; ACLS a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Advanced clinical skills & prescriptive authority
- Compassion for all communities
- Multitasking mastery & team spirit
