Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and patient communication.

Required Skills:
- Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Must be independently licensed
