What You’ll Do
As the Lead BCBA – Grant Manager, you will:
Clinical Excellence
- Provide high-quality ABA services in clinic and in-home settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise cases, and provide parent training
- Maintain ethical, evidence-based ABA aligned with BACB standards
Lead & Inspire
- Supervise 5–7 RBTs, including coaching, evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure BACB supervision standards are met and properly documented
Grant Program Leadership
- Provide clinical oversight of grant-funded programs
- Support reporting, audits, deliverables, and sustainability
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work alongside: Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Primary care providers, Therapists, and Care coordinators
You’ll be part of a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) providing seamless, integrated care.
What You Bring
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical ABA experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Passion for working with diverse populations
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
