Cleaner / Facilities Team Member – Chick-fil-A
Role Overview

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. This person helps protect our brand by keeping our restaurant clean, safe, and ready to serve at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant inside and outside
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors
- Clean dining room, restrooms, kitchen areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and keep all waste areas clean
Restroom Care
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms throughout the day
- Ensure restrooms are always guest-ready
Maintenance & Upkeep
- Support light maintenance needs when needed
- Move equipment, supplies, or furniture as required
- Report any repair or safety concerns to leadership immediately
- Assist with basic safety checks (doors, equipment, etc.)
Supplies & Equipment
- Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment
- Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership
Safety & Standards
- Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
- Help maintain a safe environment for guests and team members

Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
