Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage budgets, financial records, and stock control to maximize profitability
- Handle guests complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Set and motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards
- Ensure Food Safety standards are always being followed.
- Prepare promotional displays and liaise with upper management
- Support staff development and recognize their achievements
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities
- Confidence, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to set a positive example
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime
