Please note: This is a year-round, daytime position. Those still in high school do not qualify.

Overview:

Chick-fil-A is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team during morning and afternoon shifts. As a member of our kitchen staff, your responsibility will be to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy while strictly adhering to quality assurance and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Be available to work 4 days per week (three weekdays and every Saturday)
  • Consistently produce high-quality food
  • Follow proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
  • Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Adhere to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Capability to lift potentially heavy objects when necessary

Additional Information:


Additionally, applicants should be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Saturday availability is required. Prior experience in the food industry is not required, as we provide training.
