Overview:

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a key role in providing legendary service and hospitality to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders inside and outside of the store, as well as interfacing with guests. This position requires working outside, so please ensure you are comfortable with this.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work at least 2 weekdays and every Saturday
  • Enthusiastically greet customers entering and leaving the business
  • Accurately take and fulfill orders
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality are top-level.
  • Cash and coupon accountability
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard for your entire shift
  • Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster
  • Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able to work
  • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
  • Front-of-house training includes, but is not limited to, cashier/register duties, drive-thru, bagging food, and preparing milkshakes. 
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Other duties as required

Additional Information:


Successful applicants will be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time and may need to lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. They will also be expected to work outside in all seasons. Prior experience in customer service or a restaurant job is preferred, but not required.
