This role requires the ability to guide customers in selecting the best designs, flavors, and options to meet their needs while ensuring all products and interactions align with our brand standards. Consistency, professionalism, and a commitment to quality are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Decorate cakes and other bakery items according to company standards and customer requests.
• Take and manage custom cake orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers in choosing the most suitable cake designs, flavors, and sizes based on their preferences and event needs.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards, ensuring all products meet quality and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and order products and supplies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
