Social Media & Community Manager (NYC) — VIVIBOWL
VIVIBOWL is a new, emerging Mexican-Asian fusion bowl brand in New York City. We’re all about:
- High-protein bowls
- Healthier fusion fast-casual dining
- NYC food, social & lifestyle culture
We’re at an early stage and looking for someone who truly understands NYC food, social, and lifestyle culture, is strong in social content, and can build local community momentum — to help us become one of New York’s next talked-about restaurant brands.
What You’ll Do
- Run our Instagram & TikTok day-to-day: content planning, posting, community engagement
- Reels/TikTok shooting
- Short-form video editing
- Real in-store content
- Interactive/community-driven posts
- NYC lifestyle content aligned with our brand
- Create on-site content: you can shoot independently on your phone and do basic editing
- KOL/KOC management:
- Conduct outreach and collaborate with NYC creators
- Recruit student KOCs
- Work with fitness & lifestyle creators
- Maintain a creator pool and build a long-term local network
- UGC & community activation (key focus):
- Drive customer check-ins, Story shares, comments, and UGC creation
- Build repeatable community mechanics that keep people posting and talking
What We’re Looking For
- Deep familiarity with Instagram & TikTok algorithms and best practices
- Strong understanding of NYC social, food, and lifestyle trends; excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Solid marketing instincts: can identify strong angles and craft social-worthy hooks for campaigns
- Good taste and visual sense: able to shoot, edit, and handle basic photo/video post-production
- Strong content creativity; comfortable appearing on camera is a plus
Bonus Points
- Experience with restaurant / F&B brands
- Existing NYC creator network
- Familiar with NYC universities and student communities
- Background in fitness or lifestyle content
- 3+ years of social media and content experience
