Position Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing and energetic Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our team members and ensuring that our guests receive excellent service. You’ll work closely with the management team to maintain excellent operational standards, increase sales, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional service and quality food
- Manage daily operations during your shift, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently
- Train, coach, and develop team members to help them reach their full potential
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate ordering and stock levels
- Assist in cash handling and register management
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Help manage and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing heartfelt service
