About the Role
Love helping kids build confidence in their learning abilities and math skills? Want to get involved in a small and growing local business that helps the community? If so, this job is for you! We are looking for someone to be responsible for the students’ learning plans and overall experience at Mathnasium, while also being a main operational lead responsible for process efficiency and effectiveness. What does all of that mean? It means you are the day-to-day leader of the center, you make sure that students are enjoying their experience and thriving in their math learning, and you make sure the Mathnasium is running smoothly during instructional hours.
The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic and passionate about education, loves helping and working with kids, and is a self-starter who wants to grow into a leadership position as the future Center Director.
The hours of the role require being at the Mathnasium Monday through Thursday from roughly 2:00-7:30pm, as well as Sunday 12:00-5:00pm. There is flexibility built into the role for plenty of time off, as well as opportunity for a greater number of hours.

- Must pass a math assessment showing solid foundational math skills through pre-algebra. Math skills in algebra through calculus is a bonus.
- Can provide work authorization and pass a background check.
About Mathnasium of Pike Creek
Mathnasium of Pike Creek is a new Mathnasium within the Mathnasium franchise system. There are nearly 1200 Mathnasiums worldwide, and is known for being the premier math specialist in the supplemental learning industry, providing high-dosage small-group tutoring to students working on their own individualized learning plans. Mathnasium of Pike Creek opened on June 1st, 2025 and is growing, quickly becoming a trusted resource for families in the area.
Compensation
- $23/hour
- Year end bonus opportunity
