Todds Creole Kitchen is seeking candidates for our Sous Chef role to assist the Executive Chef in running and maintaining the kitchen from prep to on-line operating. This is a full-time position for individuals dedicated to their culinary craft and with the want to grow and develop their career.
Duties in this roll include:
- Working on food preparation and managing the preparatory crew
- Actively working the kitchen line and managing the crew around you
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and standards
- Maintaining staffing pars
- Leading efficient closes in the kitchen
- Assisting the Executive Chef in any and all needs of the kitchen.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Night shift
