Role Overview

HOF Capital is looking for Growth Investment Spring Analysts for a spring 2026 internship in our NYC office. Ideal candidates will have a deep interest in investing as well as the broader technology ecosystem. At the growth stage, we invest into companies across software, artificial intelligence and frontier technologies at the Series C stage through IPO & beyond. The intern will work closely with our investment team, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio companies. Successful interns receive priority consideration for our full-time role upon graduation in 2027.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Analysis: Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by conducting financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence
  • Market Research: Perform thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions
  • Deal Sourcing: Support the team in identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities through various channels
  • Portfolio Support: Work with portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support, including market entry strategies, growth plans, and financial analysis
  • Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders


Candidate Qualifications

  • Current college juniors with majors in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital is preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
  • Strong interest in technology and investing evidenced through self-study and a general knowledge of current events
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Compensation: This internship is unpaid. Interns may be eligible to receive academic credit through their educational institution. Students interning full-time in person may be eligible to receive a stipend of $1,000 to $6,000 / month.
