Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A is in search of a motivated and experienced Front of House Director to lead our front-of-house team. As the Front of House Director, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the service, hospitality, and efficiency of our dining area and customer service operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-of-House Operations Management:

  - Supervise and manage all front-of-house operations, including the dining area, drive-thru, and customer service.

  - Maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

 

2. Team Leadership and Development:

  - Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

  - Coordinate and schedule team members to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.

 

3. Guest Satisfaction:

  - Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

  - Promote a warm and friendly atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience.

 

4. Order Accuracy and Efficiency:

  - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation and delivery.

  - Implement strategies to reduce wait times and increase customer throughput.

 

5. Quality Assurance and Cleanliness:

  - Ensure that the dining area and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  - Perform regular quality checks to maintain Chick-fil-A's high service and cleanliness standards.

 

6. Administrative Tasks:

  - Maintain accurate records of guest service metrics and feedback.

  - Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management as needed.

 

Qualifications:

- 2+ years previous leadership experience required

- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Proficiency in computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
