Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A Pines and 160th is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to help oversee and enhance the guest service and dining experience during designated shifts. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, order accuracy, and overall front-of-house efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:

  - Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

  - Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

 

2. Team Supervision and Training:

  - Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service.

  - Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

 

3. Order Accuracy and Efficiency:

  - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation and delivery.

  - Implement strategies to reduce wait times, enhance throughput, and streamline the ordering process.

 

4. Quality Assurance and Cleanliness:

  - Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and drive-thru.

  - Perform regular quality checks to maintain Chick-fil-A's high service and cleanliness standards.

 

5. Shift Coordination:

  - Coordinate with Back of House Team Leaders and other team members to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift.

 

6. Guest Feedback:

  - Gather and respond to guest feedback to make real-time improvements in service and operations.

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
