We're actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers in Training (MITs). This is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of restaurant management while working alongside the General Manager and an experienced team.
As an Assistant Manager in Training, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and develop team members, maintain high standards for food quality and customer service, and keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently. You'll learn to manage priorities, support restaurant profitability, and execute Jimmy John's systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

*Hiring Bonus: $500 upon completion of management training which includes e-learning and 90 days of running shifts.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work a 40 – 50 hours per week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
- Organized with strong aptitude in establishing priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a variety of local locations a plus
