As a Team Member, you'll prioritize hospitality by delivering excellent guest service, correctly and efficiently assist guests with their orders, prepare products, contribute on a hard-working team by executing key processes, and help create a positive experience for every guest.

Hospitality
- Contributes to a culture of hospitality by building genuine connections with both guests and teammates every shift.
- Greets, engages, and connects with guests to create a positive and memorable experience
- Actively learns the menu and ingredients to confidently recommend the right items and E&E options to meet each guest’s needs.
- Demonstrates a true “guest comes first” mindset when engaging with guests, answering questions, and adhering to product standards.

- Consistently follows key processes and operational standards to deliver brand excellence on every shift.

- Follows direction from shift leaders and asks questions to ensure tasks and processes are completed correctly.
