We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to help guests place orders by phone for handmade southern candies in a fun Call Center with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and compassion as part of the company standard of 100% guest satisfaction.
WE PAY DAILY PARKING *Must park in designated garage*
Duties include but not limited to:
· Answering phones
·Taking and entering orders into database
·Answer customer questions and resolve customer service issues
Key Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Type 40 Words Per Minute
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Active Listening Skills
- Effective Problem-Solving Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills
- Data Entry Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Open Availability is a Plus
