Our Front Line Team Members are the face and heart of Chick-fil-A, and they must possess great customer service and communication skills. This is for people who are looking for day shift work only.

Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication/verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members
- Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours
- Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in English language
Primary Duties & Responsiblities:
- Enthusiastically greet guests
- Accurately take and fulfill orders
- Deliver food within a timely manner
- Front line training includes, but is not limited to: cashier/register duties, Drive-thru, bagging food, preparing milkshakes
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times
- Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies
- Cash and coupon accountability
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness
- Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
