Hospitality Team Member

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. Team Members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day and every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done as a team is required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning/daytime, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication/verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with other team members
  • Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours
  • Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • 16+ years old


Primary Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Enthusiastically greet guests
  • Care for and serve the guests' needs after they have been served at the counter
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, including dining room, restrooms, and guest waiting areas
  • Follow all Team Member Handbook and Health Department Policies
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times
  • Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies
