Marketing Assistant

Rate of pay$17 - 20 per hour


We are looking for a hardworking, independent, and trustworthy individual to join the Chick-fil-A Eastpoint family. This person needs to have a passion for customer service and availability to work a flexible, events based schedule that may require working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead and oversee the implementation of annual marketing programs   
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events (both inside and outside of the restaurant), this includes, but is not limited to:  

Restaurant events  

Local vendor events  

Deliveries  

Managing concession stands   

Off-site sales from a Catering Service Trailer 

  • Manage digital and social media marketing   
  • Create flyers or other promotional advertisements   
  • Ensuring food safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times  
  • Representing Chick-fil-A at community events   
  • Creating an inviting atmosphere within the restaurant   
  • Collaborating with restaurant staff to improve guest experience 
  • Collaborating and meeting with the leadership team 

Requirements:

  • Over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Money handling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
