We are now hiring someone with 1+ years of restaurant experience to join our Chick-fil-A Eastpoint team! This is a Full Time Position that requires schedule flexibility, weekend and holiday availability.

Primary Duties & Responsiblities:
- Learning each area of the restaurant by training and becoming proficient at Front Line, Back of House and Hospitality
- Determine an area of focus and grow the business in that area that relate to the goals and vision of the restaurant
- Abide and implement all policies that are set in the Team Member Handbook and the Health Department
- Follow all Food Safety and Health Department Polices
- Forward thinking-partner providing visionary leadership to ensure the overall effort of the directors to achieve the business goals
- Shows ownership in the restaurant, having a growth mindset
- Partnering with the Owner to protect the safety and security of the restaurant, be passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect Chick-fil-A.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age for this position
- Serve Safe Certification (desired)
- Valid Driver’s License (desired)
- Must possess leadership traits that Chick-fil-A seeks in future Owners
- Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and world class service
- Well organized manager with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills
- Must have 1+ years of restaurant experience, Chick-fil-A experience preferred
