Job Overview:
- Create and execute innovative and mouthwatering menus
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality
- Lead and motivate a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the brewing team to develop beer and food pairings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Staff accordingly to remain within approved labor budgets
