HR & Talent Specialist

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR Degree or Certification
  • 2+ years of previous HR Experience
  • CHARACTER – demonstrates a commitment to personally operating with integrity, treating
  • others with honor, dignity & respect
  • CHEMISTRY – aligns with the vision and CORE values of the Operator and organization
  • COMPETENCY - displays a working knowledge and proficiency in all area tasks
  • ServSafe Certified


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct weekly in-person interviews of applicants
  • Conduct weekly virtual interviews of applicants
  • Work with Executive Administrative Assistant on maintaining current job postings, sending
  • offer letters, and on-boarding paperwork
  • Attend job fairs & recruiting/networking events
  • Conduct new hire orientation with Training Director
  • Keep employee digital files up to date
  • Keep personnel files organized, maintained and in compliance
  • Track local, state and federal labor laws and work with Owner/Operator to ensure
  • compliance
  • Work with Owner/Operator on annual employee handbook and policy updates
  • Partner with Operator on recruitment, and retention efforts
  • Partner with Operator to develop local talent strategy.


PAY:

Starting pay $20-$25/hour depending on experience
