Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with supplies.
- Prepare food, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat.
- Cook menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff.
- Follow chef's instructions and maintain cleanliness.
- Stock inventory and ensure food preparation meets standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and arrive on time for shifts.
Skills:
- Prior cooking experience preferred.
- Good understanding of cooking methods and ingredients.
- Ability to work accurately and swiftly.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
- Culinary school experience is a plus, but not required.
