About the Role
As our Pantry Baker, you’ll be responsible for producing the high-quality desserts and pantry items that complete the Schlesinger’s dining experience. You’ll work in a structured, well-supported environment alongside an experienced culinary team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a range of classic and seasonal pantry items to complement our steakhouse menu.
- Execute elevated plating and presentation with attention to detail and visual balance.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and consistency in your station and throughout service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely, exceptional execution during service.

- Availability on weekends and holidays.
