Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for all front- and back-of-house operations.
- Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Mastery of the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, & cost controls.
- Drive consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
- Implement systems and processes that support operational excellence and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong guest relationships and maintain our sterling reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive Experience: 5–7+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
- Operational Authority: Deep understanding of FOH and BOH systems.
- Financial Acumen: Proven success in managing budgets and improving margins.
- Leadership Depth: A track record of developing managers and building stable teams.
- Professional Presence: Calm and respected leadership style.
