Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for all front- and back-of-house operations.
- Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Master the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost controls.
- Drive consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
- Implement systems and processes to support operational excellence and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong guest relationships to maintain our sterling reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience: 5–7+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management. Fine Dining Experience.
- Operational authority: Deep understanding of FOH and BOH systems.
- Financial acumen: Proven success in managing budgets and improving margins.
- Leadership depth: Track record of developing managers and building stable teams.
- Professional presence: Calm and respected leadership style.
- Guest-focused mindset: Commitment to elevated hospitality and guest loyalty.
