What We're Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. (at least 3 consecutive years in one location)
- Team Builder: Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Operational Know-How: Strong knowledge of both front and back-of-house operations.
- Business Mindset: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Guest-Centric Attitude: A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipates and resolves challenges with ease.
