Responsibilities:
- Train and develop a high-performing team
- Coach leaders through encouragement and on-floor guidance
- Model Second Mile Service and a guest-first mindset
- Maintain high standards for taste, speed, cleanliness, friendliness, and accuracy
- Enforce food safety, quality, and handbook policies
- Coach team leaders on proper procedures and people development
- Ensure professionalism and positive attitude across the team
- Help prevent and resolve personnel issues
- Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and product organization
- Support the director team with food cost, labor analysis, and guest experience
- Work with Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to improve team and guest experience
- Open availability (day and night) for 40-45 hours per week, typical shifts 2:00–11:00 or 6:30–3:00
- Available for all holidays including Black Friday, Tulip Time, and December
- Willing to start with majority of hours in position, earning administrative time over time
- Be on call on days off or come in early if needed
- Support the operator, directors, and restaurant with any additional tasks

Minimum requirements:
- Able to work 40-45 hours per week
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant
- 2 years consecutive leadership experience
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to grow and take on challenges

- Positive attitude and energy
- Excellent communication and situational awareness
- Sense of urgency
- Integrity
Preferred:
- 2-year degree or pursuing one
- 3 years of Chick-fil-A experience
- ServSafe certified
