As a Kitchen Team Member, you will help prepare fresh food, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support daily operations while serving guests with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards

• Work multiple kitchen stations such as prep, breading, machines, and boards

• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met

• Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift

• Assist with packaging orders accurately for dine-in, carry-out, and catering

• Support team members and leadership during busy periods

• Help with opening or closing responsibilities based on shift assigned

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Day Shift and Evening Shift Availability

• Friday and Saturday availability required

Qualifications:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented

• Dependable, coachable, and team-focused

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Willingness to uphold the values and standards of the restaurant
