Position Type: Full-Time, 38–45 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced environments
  • Basic computer competency
  • Availability to work Saturdays (up to 6 absences allowed per year)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Commit to personal excellence every day
  • Oversee daily shift operations for front or back of house
  • Communicate performance updates and policy issues to leadership
  • Ensure proper staffing and operational flow each day
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Maintain a respectful and positive work environment
  • Support leadership with hospitality and service initiatives
  • Understand all key roles in both front and back of house
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Previous experience at quick-service brands such as Taco Bell, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Culver’s, McDonald’s, and others is encouraged

  • Hold team members accountable to company standards
  • Develop and train team members for future leadership roles
  • Commit to a minimum one-year term with Chick-fil-A
  • Maintain full availability (minimum 40 hours per week)
  • Limited time off allowed (6 Saturdays and 12 total days per year)
  • Availability during key holiday periods (Black Friday Week and December)
  • Complete daily food safety procedures each shift
