Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture
- Ensure smooth shift management and excellent guest service
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and fun environment
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Manage inventory and oversee product production efficiently
Position Requirements
- Minimum one year of management experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant setting
- Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry items up to 15 pounds
- Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team members
- Operate registers and assist in product preparation as needed
- Maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with coworkers and customers
