Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a smile while taking orders and processing payments
- Prepare and package food and drinks carefully to ensure quality
- Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Unload and stock inventory as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Promote Popeyes’ culture with integrity and honesty at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and enthusiastic environment
- Positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members
- Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ability to handle food preparation and follow proper lifting procedures
- Capable of standing consistently during service at the register
