Call Center Representatives

Full-time

Starting at $18.00 per hour

We are looking to fill two positions in our automotive call center. We are a fast paced store and need to fill these spots with self driven, motivated people that are good on the phone. Experience is a plus but not necessary.

Our producers are earning from $19 to $22 per hour on a base + bonus pay plan. Our pay is very competitive and merit oriented. The company provides medical, dental, 401k, and paid vacations.

Job Duties Include:

Answering phone calls, texts, and emails by greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
Making outbound direct dial phone calls to customers that have presented inquiries.
Answering inbound calls and any texts and emails while providing basic information when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Willingness to learn and be teachable.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
General knowledge computer systems and general computer literacy.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive talking with customers on the phone.
Ability to organize and multitask priorities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding both business and customer interactions
Understand and perform basic office-practice skills and ettiquette
Self-motivated and energetic
