About Our Restaurant
Our restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Austin. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who find joy in serving others. No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know to share in our success! As our restaurant grows there will be many opportunities for you to grow as well.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Full time or Part-Time Availability – to serve and meet the needs of our guests when they need us the most. Candidates should be available to work at least 3 days per week. Saturday availability is a must.
- Determination and Drive – to make our guest’s day and give them the experience that they have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand.
- Heart and Mindset – to learn not just learn the What and How we do, but the Why we do it.

What you'll do (responsibilities)
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Full Time pay starts at $16.00 per hour. Part Time pay starts at $15.00 per hour
