Flexible Scheduling
Lead opening, daytime, evening, or closing shifts based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant. We work hard to build schedules that support both the needs of the restaurant and the lives of our leaders.
Both full-time and part-time leadership opportunities are available.
No Chick-fil-A experience is required. We hire for character, humility, and a willingness to learn.

Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments is helpful but not required.
We can teach restaurant operations. We're looking for people with character, humility, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Saturday availability.
